Tank Recruitment are currently looking to recruit a permanent 2nd Line Support Engineer for a client of ours based within Devon. Due to expansion our client is looking for someone with excellent communication and technical skills. You will be answering calls logging and tracking calls and where possible dealing with these through to resolution. You will be required to provide desktop support the the companies internal users and to work effectively with the 3rd line team. This is an excellent opportunity to expand your skills in IT within a client who heavily promotes organic growth.

Candidates require knowledge of the following:

Windows Server - 2012 / 2016

Office 365

Active Directory

TCP/IP

LAN / WAN
