We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Architect to lead a 3-month Statement of Work engagement focused on designing the future-state business systems architecture for a global professional services organisation. This role will shape the technology blueprint, integration strategy, and analytical data platform underpinning a major digital transformation programme.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the creation of the future-state enterprise architecture across Finance, HR, CRM, and Operations.

  • Design integration patterns, data flows, API-first strategy, and architecture principles aligned to a Microsoft-first environment.

  • Produce roadmaps for NetSuite, Zoho CRM, and SagePeople, including milestones, dependencies, and indicative costs.

  • Define the high-level design for a centralised analytical data platform, including governance, quality controls, and AI readiness.

  • Conduct structured discovery-reviewing current systems, integrations, customisations, and business requirements.

  • Identify and document pain points such as manual workarounds, fragmented data, and inadequate reporting.

  • Produce C-suite-ready deliverables: blueprint document, roadmap packs, cost models, and executive summaries.

  • Support establishment of EA and data governance models, operating frameworks, and best-practice design standards.

Required Experience

  • Proven background as an Enterprise Architect within global or multi-entity organisations (ideally professional services or engineering).

  • Strong expertise in ERP consolidation/implementation and back-office system design.

  • Deep understanding of the Microsoft ecosystem: Azure, M365, Power Platform, Power BI.

  • Hands-on expertise with NetSuite, Zoho CRM, and SagePeople.

  • Demonstrable experience designing integration architectures, API-led ecosystems, and enterprise data flows.

  • Track record delivering future-state blueprints, data platform designs, and transformation roadmaps.

  • Strong capability in data governance, metadata management, and analytical platform design (Azure, Snowflake, AWS).

  • Excellent stakeholder management, capable of working with C-Suite, IT leadership, and cross-functional teams.
