Mechanical Installer - UK Travel
We're seeking skilled and motivated Mechanical Installers to join our clients Installation team. You'll work on exciting projects across the UK, installing pipework, steelwork, and equipment in industrial and utility environments. These will normally be large scale container sized units on wastewater / municipal water sites throughout whole of UK. (NO PRIOR EXPERIENCE NECESSARY AS TRAINING PROVIDED)
The role is for a skilled, focused and highly motivated Mechanical Installer working within the Installations Department working within a small team to undertake installation activities of projects throughout the UK. Due to the location of some sites there will be regular travel and staying away from home required.
Usual working hours are 8.00 to 17.00 Monday to Friday. The position will require travel nationally and working away from home as required to complete installation activities. Further details will be provided during the interview.

About You:
- CSCS card and hands-on mechanical installation experience
- Able to work independently or in a team
- Driving licence preferred; PASMA/IPAF, confined space, or first aid qualifications a bonus
- Confident reading engineering drawings and working safely on-site
The pay for the role is base equivalent to £28,464 (£16 per hour) at base level of 40 hours, overtime is paid at time and a quarter. All travel hours are paid at pro-rata so typical take-home would-be dependant on your working week with most candidates doing normally between 50-55 hours with travel so CIRCA £32-38K.
