Service Desk Engineer / Help Desk Engineer / 1st-2nd Line

Tank Recruitment are currently looking to recruit a permanent 1st/2nd Line Support Engineer for a client of ours based within Oxfordshire. Due to continued growth our client is looking for someone with excellent communication skills, the ability to build client relationships, a passion for IT and a willingness to learn. You will be answering calls logging and tracking calls and where possible dealing with these through to resolution. It is essential that you are driven to deliver excellent customer service.

Candidates require:

Excellent communication skills

A passion for IT & Customer Service

Experience in a service desk environment
