I'm currently seeking an experienced Disrepair / Damp / Mould Specialist to join a reputable housing organisation based in Northamptonshire. This is an initial 3-month contract.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in dealing with housing disrepair, particularly damp and mould
- Strong knowledge of relevant legislation and housing standards
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
- Driving licence and access to a vehicle preferred
