We're working with a leading organisation seeking a Technology Communications Hardware Assistant to join their team.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with an IT support background who enjoys working with mobile technology, hardware management, and end-user support. You'll play a key role in supporting communications hardware, device deployments, and service requests while helping to maintain a high standard of service across the business.
What You'll Need
- Experience in an IT Support, Service Desk, or Technical Support role.
- Hands-on experience supporting mobile devices and hardware.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Intune and device management.
- Experience supporting Apple and iOS devices.
- Strong Microsoft 365 (O365) skills.
- Excellent organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- A proactive approach and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
