Tank have been engaged by our key client based in the South West to recruit a Business Analyst for an initial 6 month contract.
The role will pick up multiple projects, including telephony replacement and CRM migrations.
This role has been through the CEST Tool and has been assessed as Inside IR35.
This role will require you to be onsite with our client in Bath for two days per week or as required by the business.
We are looking for someone with the following experience:
- Strong requirement gathering and process mapping skills
- Solid all round BA skills
- High level stakeholder engagement skills
- Experience with telephony or CRM projects advantageous
- High level documentation skills
