Job Advert: Contract Cable Engineer - Herefordshire
We're currently seeking an experienced Cable Engineer for a contract role based in Herefordshire. The ideal candidate will be qualified in both fibre and copper installation, with proven skills in splicing, terminating, and testing for both types of cable.
Key Requirements:
Proficient in fibre and copper installations
Experience in splicing, termination, and testing
BPSS check or existing SC clearance (preferred due to site sensitivity)
Valid ECS/CSCS or Green Contractor Card to demonstrate site health & safety compliance
Additional Info:
While clearance is not an absolute requirement, having one in place will significantly streamline onboarding due to site-specific constraints.
