Job Description:
Join our client's team as a CyberArk Operations Engineer, contributing your expertise to ensure the smooth operation of CyberArk systems. This is a contract position with a duration of at least 3 months, and it falls outside IR35 regulations. You'll have the flexibility to work fully remotely, collaborating effectively to support our financial sector clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain CyberArk systems to ensure their optimal performance and availability.
- Monitor system logs and alerts to promptly identify and address potential issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and enforce security policies.
- Conduct regular system health checks and performance tuning to enhance efficiency.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems related to CyberArk solutions.
- Assist in the design and implementation of CyberArk components as needed.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Proven experience in operating and maintaining CyberArk systems.
- Familiarity with CyberArk components such as Privileged Access Manager (PAM), Enterprise Password Vault (EPV), and Central Policy Manager (CPM).
- Strong understanding of security best practices and principles within the context of financial sector requirements.
- Effective problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve technical issues.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with remote teams and stakeholders.
