Tank Recruitment have been exclusively engaged by our client to recruit an experienced Business Analyst with strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Field Service to support a high-profile transformation programme.
You'll act as the key link between stakeholders and the technical team, ensuring business requirements are clearly defined, documented, and delivered.
The role has gone through the CEST Tool and been deemed as outside IR35.
While largely remote, the role will require some time spent on various sites across the UK for Workshops and planning sessions.
Key Responsibilities:
Gather, analyse, and document business and functional requirements
Work closely with stakeholders across field operations to understand needs
Collaborate with D365 technical teams to translate requirements into solutions
Support testing, training, and user adoption activities
Requirements:
Proven experience as a BA on D365 implementations, specifically Field Service
Strong stakeholder engagement and workshop facilitation skills
Solid understanding of field operations and service workflows
Excellent documentation and communication skills
