Tank have been exclusively engaged to recruit an experienced Change Manager to support the successful delivery of a Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) implementation on a 6 month contract.
This role has gone through the CEST tool and been deemed as OUTSIDE IR35.
While predominantly remote, the role will be hybrid in nature, with time to be spent (as needed) at various office locations across the UK.
You will play a key role in managing business change activities, driving adoption, and ensuring stakeholders are engaged throughout the programme lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and deliver change management strategies for D365 rollout
Engage stakeholders across departments to ensure understanding and buy-in
Manage communications, training plans, and readiness assessments
Collaborate with project and technical teams to ensure smooth transition
Requirements:
Proven experience in Change Management within a D365 environment
- Experience delivering Field Service with D365 highly advantageous
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Experience working on large-scale ERP transformations
Prosci or equivalent certification (desirable)
