Development Technician - Cambridge - £35,000-£45,000 + Bonus

An exciting opportunity has opened up for a hands-on Development Technician to join a fast-growing, innovative clean-tech company based in Cambridge. Working within a collaborative technical team, you'll support the day-to-day operation, maintenance, and ongoing upgrades of advanced in-house process systems.
This is a practical, varied role requiring strong mechanical skills, a good understanding of process systems, and a proactive, problem-solving approach. You'll be involved in everything from system operation and repair to materials handling and supporting R&D activity.
Key Experience & Skills:
Practical experience working with mechanical or process systems
Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail
Comfortable with tools, maintenance work, and hands-on tasks
Able to work safely in PPE and confined environments
Knowledge of electrical, mechanical or hydraulic systems beneficial
Some familiarity with lab or scientific environments is a plus
