Remote | DevOps Engineer | Full-Time
My client, a forward-thinking organisation is looking for a talented DevOps Engineer to join their team on a fully remote basis. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong Azure expertise who enjoys designing, building, and optimising modern cloud environments.
The Role
As a DevOps Engineer, you'll play a key role in designing and maintaining cloud-based solutions, managing build and deployment infrastructure, and ensuring smooth and efficient release pipelines. You'll be responsible for:
Managing and optimising cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
Building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.
Overseeing Azure environments, ensuring performance, reliability, and security.
Backup and disaster recovery (DR) management.
Driving cost optimisation initiatives.
Introducing improvements through new Azure resource offerings and lifecycle management.
Skills & Experience Required
Strong knowledge of IaC tools and practices (Bicep desirable).
Experience with Azure DevOps pipelines and Azure system administration.
Familiarity with the Microsoft Well-Architected Framework.
Background in enterprise-level DevOps and Cloud infrastructure management.
Exposure to ISO27000 standards and certification processes.
Microsoft certifications are highly desirable.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently in a remote environment.
