We are working with a leading organisation that is looking for an experienced Dynamics CRM Developer to join their IT Applications team. The role
As a Dynamics CRM Developer, you'll be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and deploying Microsoft Dynamics-based solutions, while also supporting and maintaining integrated IT services across the business. You'll bring strong technical and functional knowledge of Dynamics CRM to enhance the organisation's IT capabilities and help deliver smart, efficient, and user-focused systems.
Responsibilities
- Develop, customise, and maintain Microsoft Dynamics CRM (2015/2016/Dynamics 365), particularly the Customer Service and Field Service modules.
- Work with the Dynamics CE SDK and APIs to deliver seamless integrations.
- Design, debug, and deploy plug-ins, workflow activities, and process workflows.
- Utilise related technologies including Dynamics Portal, Flow, SharePoint integration, and CDS.
- Manage Dynamics CRM solutions and release processes.
- Apply JavaScript knowledge to extend CRM functionality.
- Focus on configuration-first solutions before resorting to custom code.
- Support integrated IT services across the business.
Skills & experience required
Dynamics CRM (3-4 years):
- Hands-on experience with Dynamics CRM 2015/2016/Dynamics 365 (Customer Service & Field Service).
- Strong knowledge of Dynamics CE SDK, APIs, workflows, and solution management.
- JavaScript expertise, plus experience with portals, Flow, CDS, and SharePoint integration.
- Exposure to Scribe, Azure, Logic Apps, or BizTalk (advantageous).
Other technical expertise (3-5 years):
- C#, WCF, MVC, ASP.NET, Visual Studio, and Transact-SQL.
- Microsoft SQL Server (2005-2012), Microsoft Integration Services, IIS, and Web Services.
- TFS and/or Azure DevOps.
- Office 365 integration knowledge.
