Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant / Analyst

A leading UK-based infrastructure and services group is seeking a Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant / Analyst to support the implementation and optimisation of Microsoft D365 across multiple business units. This is a key opportunity to deliver business-critical solutions as part of a high-performing technology team focused on digital transformation.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyse business requirements
Design and configure Microsoft D365 solutions, ensuring alignment with operational needs
Support integration, data migration, and deployment phases of D365 projects
Deliver user training, documentation, and post-go-live support
Work closely with internal IT teams and external partners, including Microsoft consultants
Continuously improve existing systems and contribute to overall platform strategy
What We're Looking For:
Hands-on experience in functional roles across Dynamics 365 CRM and/or ERP platforms
Solid understanding of IT systems, cloud environments, and data integration methods
Ability to engage stakeholders and translate business needs into technical solutions
Relevant Microsoft certifications (e.g. MB-300, MB-310, PL-200) are a plus
Strong organisational skills and experience managing workload across BAU and projects
This role reports directly to a senior member of the Dynamics Centre of Excellence and is ideal for someone looking to shape enterprise-level technology solutions across a diverse business portfolio.
