Senior Full Stack Software Engineer

On behalf of a key client, we're looking for a collaborative, technically strong Senior Full Stack Engineer who enjoys building scalable, enterprise-grade systems and mentoring others along the way.

What You'll Do
- Design and build backend services using C# (.NET Core)
- Develop modern frontends using React
- Contribute to microservices and distributed system architecture
- Write automated tests and maintain high engineering standards
- Participate in architectural discussions and code reviews
- Mentor engineers and support team growth
- Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes
- Help ensure systems are scalable, resilient, and observable
What You Bring
- 5+ years building commercial software
- Strong backend API experience with SQL Server or Postgres
- Experience with React (Angular/Vue also welcome)
- Solid understanding of modern engineering practices
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Passion for quality, mentoring, and continuous improvement
- Java (Spring Boot) desirable
