Head of Building Safety & Compliance
Location: Northamptonshire
Salary: £75,000
Are you ready to lead a high-performing team in ensuring the safety and compliance of housing stock? We're looking for a strategic and people-focused leader to head our clients Building Safety & Property Compliance service.
You'll oversee M&E servicing contracts, planned works, and ensure 100% compliance across all properties. This role is critical in delivering safe, efficient, and customer-focused housing services in line with the Building Safety Act.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team delivering compliance and building safety services
- Manage large-scale contracts and M&E projects
- Ensure full regulatory compliance and customer satisfaction
- Use data-driven insights to improve service delivery
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience in leading compliance teams in housing or a related field
- Strong knowledge of building safety, M&E works, and health & safety regulations
- Experience with resident engagement and regulatory liaison
- Degree or equivalent in building, safety, or engineering; professional membership (e.g., CIBSE, CIOB, RICS) preferred
