Overview:
We're looking for a driven and knowledgeable Internal Account Manager with proven experience in the solar PV industry. This is a key role within our sales team, focused on both managing existing accounts and driving new business growth. You'll need a strong understanding of solar PV system design and the ability to engage confidently with installers, contractors, and key decision-makers in the renewable energy space.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of existing customer accounts within the solar PV sector.

  • Proactively source and onboard new business through cold calling, lead generation, and market research.

  • Maintain regular communication with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored product and service solutions.

  • Provide expert advice on solar PV products, system design, and best-fit solutions for customer requirements.

  • Work closely with the technical and logistics teams to ensure seamless order processing and customer satisfaction.

  • Keep up to date with industry trends, new technologies, and competitor activity.

  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.


About You:

  • Experience in account management or sales within the solar PV, electrical, or renewable energy industry.

  • Confident with solar PV system design and understanding of related components (e.g., inverters, mounting systems, batteries).

  • A natural communicator with strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.

  • Self-motivated and target-driven with a proactive approach to new business development.

  • Comfortable making outbound sales calls and following up on marketing-generated leads.

  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.

  • Familiar with CRM systems and sales reporting tools.
