Tank have been instructed by our client to recruit for a Microsoft Intune Specialist for an initial 6 month contract (extensions are likely). This role will be based onsite in London, there is a potential for hybrid working later on in the contract. This has been deemed outside IR35.
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize your expertise to design and plan Intune Autopilot for Windows 11 on physical devices, cloud environments, and thin client management.
- Demonstrate proficiency in managing hybrid devices through Intune and implementing Intune policies to ensure compliance.
- Generate comprehensive compliance reports and implement appropriate role-based access control (RBAC) for effective management.
- Create and finalize High-Level Design (HLD) and Low-Level Design (LLD) documents for Intune management, ensuring compliance and obtaining necessary signoff.
- Assess and recommend suitable remote support tools for the Intune environment.
- Oversee the production rollout of Intune solutions and successfully deploy Intune Autopilot for Windows 11 based on the design document.
- Develop compliance, monitoring, reporting, configuration, and dashboard solutions within Intune for MDM thin clients.
- Implement role-based access control (RBAC) according to the design specifications.
- Produce a Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) document for the support team, outlining their day-to-day operational tasks within the context of Intune management.
Skills:
- Proven experience working with Intune for a minimum of 10 years, specifically with Intune Autopilot for Windows 11, physical devices, cloud environments, thin client management, MDM, and hybrid device management.
- Demonstrated expertise in designing and implementing Intune policies, compliance reports, and role-based access control (RBAC).
- Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to effectively communicate with clients.
- Proficient in creating detailed HLD and LLD documents for Intune management.
- Familiarity with remote support tools and their suitability for Intune environments.
- Experience in managing the production rollout of Intune solutions and deploying Intune Autopilot for Windows 11 based on design specifications.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to develop innovative solutions.
- Strong organizational and documentation skills, with the ability to create SOP documents for day-to-day operations.
