Job Title: IT Field Engineers - North and South Positions

Job Description:
Tank Recruitment is seeking two skilled IT Field Engineers to join our client's team, with one position based in the North region and the other in the South region. These are 3-6 month contract positions falling within IR35 regulations. We are looking for individuals with proficiency in Azure, Office 365, and zScaler, and a preference for those with an active SC clearance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide on-site IT support and technical assistance to end-users within your designated region.
- Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software systems, ensuring their proper functionality.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues promptly and efficiently.
- Collaborate with remote teams and specialists to address complex technical problems.
- Assist in the deployment and maintenance of Azure, Office 365, and zScaler solutions.
- Ensure adherence to security protocols and best practices, especially for SC cleared environments.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Proven experience in IT field engineering, including hardware and software support.
- Proficiency in Azure and Office 365 administration and troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with zScaler or other network security solutions.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Active SC clearance is preferred, but not mandatory.
- Own a car and a driver license
