The Mission
Lead: Full lifecycle management of high-stakes marine and subsea operations.
Execute: Conduct risk assessments, method statements, and site investigations.
Control: Manage budgets, resources, and contractual terms to maximize ROI.
Safety: Champion HSQE standards across vessels and sites.
The Profile
Experience: 5+ years in marine/civil construction management.
Qualifications: Engineering Degree (BEng/BSc), ENG1/ML5, and full STCW95.
Skills: High-level seamanship, financial acumen, and strong negotiation tactics.
Flexibility: Mobile role (UK-wide/Offshore) with 24/7 emergency response capability.
