Are you passionate about driving digital transformation and leading talented teams?
We're looking for a Modern Workplace Team Leader to take ownership of the design, delivery, and optimisation of Microsoft 365 and Modern Workplace technologies across the organisation.

This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll guide a team of Modern Workplace Specialists, champion best practices in cloud adoption, collaboration, and security, and play a key part in shaping the future of how our people connect and work.

What You'll Do

  • Lead, coach, and develop the Modern Workplace team, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Oversee the design, implementation, and support of Microsoft 365 solutions including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
  • Manage and optimise device and endpoint management via Intune, Autopilot, Samsung Knox, and Apple Business Manager.
  • Act as the technical escalation point for complex issues, ensuring timely resolution and minimal business disruption.
  • Coordinate Modern Workplace projects, migrations, and upgrades, managing change effectively and engaging with stakeholders.
  • Drive cloud security and compliance initiatives across Microsoft 365 and Azure environments, ensuring alignment with regulatory frameworks.
  • Promote collaboration and productivity solutions, championing adoption of new tools and features.
  • Build strong partnerships with stakeholders across the business, translating technical requirements into practical outcomes.
  • Ensure documentation, training, and processes are up to date, consistent, and user-focused.

What You'll Bring

  • Proven experience leading a Modern Workplace, Microsoft 365, or cloud-focused team.
  • Deep knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration, Azure services, and modern endpoint management tools.
  • Solid background in project management, stakeholder engagement, and service delivery.
  • Strong understanding of cloud security and compliance standards.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills - able to bridge technical and non-technical teams.
  • Relevant Microsoft certifications (e.g. Modern Desktop Administrator, Teams Admin, or Security Admin) are highly desirable.
