Job Title: Multi-Task Operative (Carpenter Focus)

Salary: £31,322 per annum
Contract: Temp-to-Perm (3 months initial temp period)
Tank Recruitment is seeking a skilled Multitask Operative for our client's Property Maintenance team. You will perform high-quality repairs and inspections within social housing dwellings and community buildings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute carpentry-led repairs and maintenance using multi-trade skills.
- Diagnose faults, estimate materials, and manage your own workload efficiently.
- Provide excellent customer service to tenants while maintaining health and safety standards.
- Maintain company vehicle and stock levels.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 2 years on-the-job trade experience, ideally within social housing
- Skills: Multi-skilled background (carpentry plus associated trades).
- License: Full UK driving license required.
Hours: 37 hours per week (8am-6pm) plus participation in an out-of-hours rota.
