My client, a fast-growing infrastructure and technology business, is looking for two Network Coordinators to join their operations team. This award-winning company manages a large, UK-wide network and is recognised for its reliability, innovation, and customer focus.
The Role
You'll take ownership of a key hardware partner and play a vital role in ensuring smooth network performance. Responsibilities include:
Monitoring and resolving technical and customer issues
Coordinating with service partners to meet SLAs
Supporting the commissioning of new equipment (training provided)
Working with internal systems (CRM, network management platforms)
Tracking KPIs and driving continuous improvements
The Person
Experience in network operations, technical troubleshooting, or customer support
Strong stakeholder management and analytical skills
CRM knowledge (e.g. Salesforce) is a plus
Exposure to large-scale infrastructure or IoT systems advantageous
