Oracle CPQ Product Analyst
Location: England (fully remote) | Type: 3 month initial contract
About the Role
We are seeking Oracle CPQ Product Analysts to drive the optimisation of our quote-to-cash process. This role sits between business and technology, ensuring Oracle CPQ Cloud effectively supports quoting, pricing, and product configuration across the organisation.
You'll work closely with sales, product, finance, and technical teams to translate business needs into scalable CPQ solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyse business requirements for quoting, pricing, and product configuration
- Configure and maintain Oracle CPQ Cloud (rules, workflows, product catalogues)
- Develop and implement BML (BigMachines Language) scripts and configuration logic
- Manage product bundles, pricing rules, and discount structures
- Translate business needs into CPQ configurations and system enhancements
- Document functional specifications and system processes
- Improve and automate quote-to-order workflows
Systems & Integration
- EnsureCPQ integrates effectively with:
- Oracle CX Service Cloud (CRM)
- Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
Data, Reporting & Optimisation
- Analyse product performance, pricing, and sales quote data
- Build reports and dashboards to support pricing strategy
- Identify inefficiencies and recommend process improvements
Support & Delivery
- Support testing cycles (QA, UAT) for CPQ enhancements
- Assist with deployments and system upgrades
- Troubleshoot CPQ-related issues
- Collaborate with product owners, developers, and stakeholders
- Deliver training and ongoing support to sales and operations teams
Skills & Experience
- Proven experience with Oracle CPQ Cloud configuration
- Strong BML scripting capability
- Solid understanding of pricing models and product configuration
- Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Nice to Have
- Experience with Oracle CX Service Cloud and OIC
- Background in sales operations, pricing, or product management
