Tank have been engaged by our key client to recruit 2-3 Oracle Fusion Field Service Functional Consultants on initial 6-12 month contracts.
These roles have gone through the CEST tool and been deemed inside IR35.
There will be occasional travel to customer site, specifically Reading or Portsmouth. All travel will be fully reimbursed.
Roles will include the following:
Requirements Gathering:
Collaborate with clients to capture detailed business requirements in the form of user stories focused on field service operations.
Define clear and precise acceptance criteria for each user story.
Documentation, Solution Design, and Configuration:
Create high-level solution design documentation (HLD).
Configure Oracle Field Service solutions in line with the solution design and acceptance criteria defined in user stories.
Implementation and Integration:
Lead the implementation process, ensuring adherence to best practices and established methodologies.
Support Oracle Field Service integration efforts, including identifying integration touchpoints, capturing integration-related user stories, performing data mapping, and configuring the Oracle FS system as required.
Conduct solution demonstrations, sprint playbacks, and proof of concepts (PoCs) where applicable.
