Tank Recruitment have been exclusively engaged by our client to recruit an experienced Oracle Service Cloud Consultant for a 6-month contract (Inside IR35).
This role will adapt a hybrid working approach with 2 days/week on the client site in Reading.
The role begins with a 3-month discovery phase, followed by implementation. Strong client-facing and Oracle Service Cloud expertise essential.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead workshops and engage stakeholders to gather and define business requirements
Analyse existing systems and processes to identify improvement opportunities
Design and document Oracle Service Cloud solutions aligned with client needs
Support implementation, testing, and user training during delivery phase
