Job Title: Plumber

Salary: £31,322 per annum
Tank Recruitment is seeking a skilled Plumber for our client's Repairs Team. You will perform high-quality plumbing repairs and inspections within social housing dwellings and community buildings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute plumbing-led repairs and maintenance using multi-trade skills.
- Diagnose faults, estimate materials, and manage your own workload efficiently.
- Provide excellent customer service to tenants while maintaining health and safety standards.
- Maintain company vehicle and stock levels.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 2 years on-the-job plumbing trade experience, ideally within social housing.
- Skills: Plumber
- License: Full UK driving license required.
Hours: 37 hours per week (8am-6pm) plus participation in an out-of-hours rota.
