Principle.NET Developer | Remote / Hybrid London
On behalf of a key client based in London we are looking for an experienced Principle C# .NET Developer to drive the evolution of their platform
What You'll Be Doing
- Leading the development and optimisation of the platform, ensuring exceptional performance, reliability, and user experience
- Providing technical direction, championing best engineering practices, and guiding developers through complex challenges
- Owning and shaping parts of the product roadmap, ensuring engineering priorities and technical debt reduction are accounted for
- Collaborating closely with other Technical Leads and working directly with senior leadership on technical strategy
What We're Looking For
✔ Strong background delivering complex software with C#, .NET, SQL and MongoDB (or similar)
✔ Deep knowledge of software architecture and design patterns
✔ Experience working in TDD/BDD environments
✔ Excellent communicator who enjoys collaboration and mentoring
✔ 8+ years' industry experience in software engineering
Nice to Have
- Experience with large-scale booking or scheduling systems
- Previous leadership or stakeholder-facing experience
- Cloud-native development experience (AWS preferred)
- Exposure to React and TypeScript for light full-stack contributions
