We're currently looking for a Freelance Quantity Surveyor (or strong Assistant QS) to support a high-profile project.
Contract: 3-6 months
Working pattern: 3 days per week
Rates: £260/day (3 days) or £240/day (5 days)
Location: Plymouth
The project includes extensive civils and earthworks, and MEP & fit-out of two buildings. The role will be predominantly focused on valuations, change control, and site-based commercial management. This is a construction management role, not principal contracting.
