Tank have been engaged by our key client to recruit an experienced Salesforce Service Cloud Developer with active SC Clearance to support a major enterprise implementation.
This is a greenfield project, with projected multi-year engagement.
The role will be fully remote. Due to how the end customer have chosen to engage, you will be engaged via a PAYE model.
You will work within an agile delivery team to build, configure and enhance Service Cloud capabilities in line with project requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, build and implement Service Cloud components and customisations
Develop Apex, Lightning Web Components and integrations as required
Work closely with architects, product owners and testers in an agile team
Support data migration, configuration and performance optimisation
Ensure solutions meet security, compliance and quality standards
Requirements:
Active SC Clearance (mandatory)
Proven track record developing on Salesforce Service Cloud
Strong Apex, LWC, API/integration experience
Experience in secure, large-scale enterprise environments
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement
