You'll play a key role in defining SAP's role within the enterprise IT ecosystem, driving transformation across S/4HANA, cloud, and integration initiatives.

This is a senior leadership position that blends strategic influence with deep technical expertise. You'll work closely with executive stakeholders to shape roadmaps, architect innovative solutions, and ensure SAP investments deliver long-term business value.

The role

  • Develop SAP roadmaps that drive scalability, flexibility, and innovation across the organisation
  • Provide strategic guidance on SAP S/4HANA, RISE with SAP, and cloud transformation initiatives

  • Drive SAP standardisation and consistency across business units and regions
  • Ensure seamless integration with non-SAP systems, third-party applications, and cloud environments
  • Lead and mentor SAP functional and technical teams to ensure solution quality and feasibility
  • Stay ahead of SAP innovation - including AI/ML, SAP BTP, and intelligent automation - and advise stakeholders on adoption opportunities
  • Collaborate with business leaders to align SAP strategies with enterprise goals

What we're looking for

  • Extensive experience as an SAP Enterprise Architect designing complex, global SAP landscapes
  • Deep knowledge of SAP S/4HANA, SAP Cloud (RISE with SAP), and SAP integration strategies
  • Strong understanding of enterprise IT architecture, hybrid cloud, data management, and security principles
  • Proven experience in SAP governance, interoperability, and business process transformation

  • Experience influencing senior executives and business leaders
  • Familiarity with TOGAF, SAP Activate, and Agile delivery frameworks
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline preferred
