SAP HCM Consultant - Time Management

Permanent - Hybrid

About the Role

You'll be responsible for the design, configuration, and delivery of SF Time Off / Time Tracking solutions, ensuring accurate time valuation, compliant processes, and seamless integration to ECP payroll and time capture systems. You'll work closely with clients throughout workshops, design, testing, cutover, and post-go-live support.


What You'll Be Doing

  • Configure SuccessFactors Time Off / Time Tracking (time types, work schedules, calendars, accruals).

  • Build time valuation rules for overtime, premiums, breaks, and schedule variations.

  • Ensure accurate and compliant integration of time data into payroll (ECP or similar).

  • Support integrations with time capture/attendance devices.

  • Run workshops, gather requirements, and document end-to-end processes.

  • Lead testing, cutover and go-live activity.

  • Advise on best practices, compliance requirements, and release management.


What We're Looking For

Essential:

  • 4+ years' hands-on SuccessFactors Time Off and/or Time Tracking experience.

  • Strong understanding of work schedules, valuation, accruals, time rules.

  • Experience integrating time data with payroll.

  • Ability to translate complex time and attendance policies into system configuration.

  • Confident communicator with strong stakeholder management skills.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with SAP CPI or time & attendance integrations.

  • Knowledge of labour regulations, overtime rules, or industry-specific time policies.

  • SuccessFactors certification in Time Off or Time Tracking.
