SAP S/4HANA Finance Lead
UK-based | Full-time
My client, a leading global IT services organisation, is seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA Finance Lead to join their growing UK practice. This is a hands-on, client-facing role, leading full lifecycle finance transformation projects across multiple industries.
The role:
Lead pre-sales and delivery of large-scale SAP S/4HANA Finance programmes (FI/CO, GL, AP, AR, AA).
Run workshops with senior finance stakeholders and translate requirements into scalable SAP solutions.
Configure and test finance components, support cutovers, and provide post-go-live hypercare.
Contribute to solution design, functional specifications, and business process mapping.
Mentor junior consultants and share expertise within the team.
About you:
Strong background in SAP Finance consulting with 2-3 full end-to-end S/4HANA implementations.
Hands-on expertise across FI/CO and core finance processes (R2R, AP, AR, GL, AA).
Exposure to integration with MM, SD, or project systems beneficial.
Confident communicator with proven experience engaging Finance Managers, Controllers, and Project Leads.
SAP Finance certification (S/4HANA Financial Accounting or Management Accounting) desirable; professional finance qualifications (CIMA, ACCA, CPA) a bonus.
