SAP S/4HANA O2C Lead - UK/Europe Consultancy
My client, a rapidly growing international consultancy, is seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA Order to Cash (O2C) Lead to drive the design and delivery of O2C solutions across major transformation programmes.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end O2C solution design across SAP S/4HANA (SD, Billing, Credit Mgmt, Output, RAR)
Run client workshops, gather requirements, and present solution options
Oversee configuration, testing, data, cutover, and overall delivery quality
Guide a team of functional consultants and support multi-stream programmes
Collaborate with finance, logistics, warehousing, and platform teams for integrated solutions
Support UAT, training, go-live and early-life support
Experience Required
Strong background in SAP SD/O2C with 2+ S/4HANA implementations
Solid process knowledge across sales, fulfilment, pricing, invoicing, returns, and intercompany
Hands-on config skills in SD, pricing, delivery, output, credit mgmt, tax, and revenue accounting
Proven integration experience with FICO, TM, EWM, or 3PL/eCommerce
Leadership experience across multi-country or multi-stream projects
Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
Nice to Have
SAP Sales certification (S/4HANA)
Experience with RAR, BRIM, SAP BTP or RISE with SAP
Background in major consulting/SI environments
