SAP Solution Architect

Permanent - Hybrid

We are seeking an experienced SAP Solution Architect to lead end-to-end architecture across Finance, Logistics, Manufacturing, and Procurement within large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformation programs (Greenfield, Brownfield, or Selective Data Transition).

Key Responsibilities

• Define and govern SAP S/4HANA solution architecture across multiple domains.

• Translate business goals into scalable SAP designs, process maps, and integration models.

• Lead architecture in delivery using SAP Activate and ensure alignment to best practices.

• Support pre-sales: solutioning, RFP/RFI responses, demos, and estimations.

• Engage with senior stakeholders (CIO/CTO level) on SAP roadmap and solution decisions.

• Drive adoption of Fiori, SAP BTP, Embedded Analytics, and cloud integration.

• Mentor consultants and contribute to internal assets and knowledge.

Required Experience

• Extensive SAP consulting background with cross-module expertise.

• Minimum 2 S/4HANA transformations in architecture or solution lead roles.

• Strong knowledge of S/4HANA and modules such as FICO, MM, SD, PP, WM, HR.

• Experience creating To-Be architectures, integration specs, and deployment models.

• Industry exposure (Manufacturing, CPG, Retail, Defence, Public Sector).

• Understanding of RISE with SAP and cloud deployment concepts.

Skills & Qualifications

• Expertise in at least two domains (Finance, Logistics, Manufacturing, Procurement).

• Strong architecture documentation (ARIS, Signavio, LeanIX).

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

• Bachelor's/Master's degree; SAP S/4HANA certification preferred.

• TOGAF, ITIL, or Cloud Architecture certifications a plus.
