Tank have been exclusively engaged to recruit an experienced Scrum Master with active SC Clearance to lead agile delivery for a Salesforce Service Cloud implementation.
You'll work closely with delivery teams, business stakeholders, and technical leads to ensure smooth sprint execution and alignment with project objectives.
This is a remote, initial 12 month contract. For this engagement you will be paid via PAYE.
Key Responsibilities:
Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews
Remove delivery blockers and support continuous improvement within the team
Work closely with Salesforce functional and technical teams to drive delivery
Ensure alignment with project timelines, scope, and agile best practices
Maintain strong communication with business and IT stakeholders
Requirements:
Active SC Clearance (mandatory)
Proven experience as a Scrum Master on Salesforce (preferably Service Cloud) projects
Strong understanding of agile delivery frameworks and enterprise environments
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
