We are working on behalf of an industry-leading games studio to recruit a Senior 2D/3D Creative Production Artist/Animator. This is a fantastic opportunity for a talented and passionate individual to join a highly creative team producing cutting-edge mobile-first slot games.
In this role, you'll play a key part in transforming ideas and storyboards into high-quality 2D and 3D assets, animations, and visual effects. You'll collaborate with artists, designers, and developers in a fast-paced, innovative production environment to create games enjoyed by players around the world.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and illustrate 2D and 3D game elements including symbols, backgrounds, user interfaces, animations, and visual effects.
- Create assets in a variety of styles such as realistic, cartoon, fantasy, and sci-fi.
- Ensure all artwork is optimised for performance and visual quality.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, engaging slot games.
- Provide creative input and feedback to enhance the artistic direction.
- Keep up to date with the latest trends and technologies within the slot gaming space.
What We're Looking For:
- A strong portfolio showcasing high-quality 2D/3D artwork-ideally within slots or casino games.
- Advanced proficiency with tools such as Spine, Photoshop, Illustrator, Maya, Blender, or similar.
- Experience in asset creation including texturing, lighting, rigging, shading, and animation.
- Solid understanding of game art production pipelines and best practices.
- Familiarity with AI tools to streamline asset development is a strong plus.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well both independently and within a team.
- Proven ability to work efficiently to deadlines without compromising quality.
- A genuine passion for slot games and a desire to contribute to their development.
