Responsibilities:
As a Senior or Principal Level Recruitment Consultant at Tank Recruitment, you will:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates in the technology sector.
- Identify and attract top-tier talent through various sourcing methods, including networking, social media, and job boards.
- Conduct in-depth interviews and assessments to match candidates with the right opportunities.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial client engagement to offer negotiation.
