Are you an experienced Site Manager with a background in large-scale solar PV projects? We're seeking a highly motivated and organised individual to take the lead on a major ground mount solar installation in Cardiff. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a high-profile renewable energy project, contributing to the UK's transition to a greener future.
🔧 Responsibilities:
Oversee daily site operations for a multi-megawatt ground mount solar PV installation
Coordinate and manage subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery and high-quality work
Maintain health & safety standards in line with CDM regulations
Conduct progress reporting, site meetings, and stakeholder communication
Ensure compliance with project plans, budgets, and schedules
✅ Requirements:
Proven experience managing large-scale solar PV or renewable energy construction projects
Strong understanding of civil, electrical, and structural elements of solar farm builds
SMSTS / SSSTS certification required
First Aid and relevant Health & Safety qualifications
Strong leadership and communication skills
