Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 depending on experience

The Role

We're seeking a motivated Structural or Civil Engineer with 5+ years of post-graduate experience. You'll lead on a mix of projects from concept to completion, including:

  • Structural surveys and appraisals

  • Building conservation and listed building work

  • New build structural and civil engineering design

  • Working alongside architects, developers, local authorities, and contractors

You'll report directly to senior leadership and take ownership of projects, contributing to both the technical and client-facing aspects of the practice.


What You'll Need

  • 5+ years' experience in structural or civil engineering

  • Strong skills in AutoCAD and/or Revit

  • Experience with civil engineering works and building structures

  • Exposure to listed buildings and structural condition surveys

  • Familiarity with design software such as TEKLA or TEDDS

  • Excellent communication and report-writing abilities

  • A self-starting attitude and ambition to progress quickly

  • Full UK driving licence

Chartered or near-chartered status (IStructE/ICE) is desirable but not essential.


Work Environment

  • Hybrid: At least 2 days per week in the office, plus site visits as needed

  • Office located in a beautiful part of the South West UK, with access to coastal and rural settings
