The Role
We're seeking a motivated Structural or Civil Engineer with 5+ years of post-graduate experience. You'll lead on a mix of projects from concept to completion, including:
Structural surveys and appraisals
Building conservation and listed building work
New build structural and civil engineering design
Working alongside architects, developers, local authorities, and contractors
You'll report directly to senior leadership and take ownership of projects, contributing to both the technical and client-facing aspects of the practice.
What You'll Need
5+ years' experience in structural or civil engineering
Strong skills in AutoCAD and/or Revit
Experience with civil engineering works and building structures
Exposure to listed buildings and structural condition surveys
Familiarity with design software such as TEKLA or TEDDS
Excellent communication and report-writing abilities
A self-starting attitude and ambition to progress quickly
Full UK driving licence
Chartered or near-chartered status (IStructE/ICE) is desirable but not essential.
Work Environment
Hybrid: At least 2 days per week in the office, plus site visits as needed
