📍 Location: Northamptonshire | 🕒 Full-time: 37 hours/week
🗓️ Monday to Friday, 8:00am-4:00pm
📅 Initial 3-month contract - potential for extension

Tank Recruitment is working on behalf of one of our clients to recruit a Driver / Environmental Operative to support their Property Maintenance and Compliance team in Northamptonshire.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone hands-on, reliable, and team-focused. You'll work alongside an experienced employee, so a CPC or LGV Class C1 licence is not required-just a standard driving licence is essential.

Key Requirements:
✔ Valid standard driving licence
✔ Basic literacy and numeracy skills
✔ Able to perform manual lifting using correct techniques
✔ Willing to work in a variety of environments, including restricted and unpleasant conditions
✔ Team player with a flexible attitude
✔ Comfortable carrying out DIY tasks
✔ Committed to training and multi-skilling
✔ Able to meet high standards within time constraints
✔ Would need to be able to pass DBS check which will be carried out prior to starting

Role Overview:
🚚 Assist with the collection and delivery of materials
🏠 Help clear and clean vacated properties
🌿 Support garden and communal area maintenance
🧰 Carry out general DIY, graffiti removal, and related tasks
