🎯 What They're Looking For:
Hands-on experience with Satcom/Datacom systems, ideally in a maritime or defence context
Strong knowledge of server/network configuration or field IT installations
Qualifications such as GMDSS, GOC, and offshore survival (BOSIET/OLF) highly desirable
Willingness and ability to travel frequently and independently
Eligibility for UK Security Clearance (SC)
Clean UK Driving Licence
💼 The Offer:
Competitive salary + annual performance bonus
Pension matched up to 7.5%
25 days annual leave + bank holidays
Hybrid/home-based with site travel (must be within 1hr of Redhill HQ)
Onsite gym, free parking, and modern working environment
