We are actively looking for two experienced Repairs Team Leaders to join the repairs team, reporting to the Repairs Manager. This role will be 5 days per week in the client office/visiting their properties etc.
Main criteria for the role:
- Property repairs experience/track record - essential
- H&S knowledge appropriate for the role - essential
- Customer Service focused - essential
- Used to operating in a high-volume repairs environment - essential
- Held a similar role in a similar organisation - essential
- Technical background/experience - essential
- Appropriate level of IT skills to undertake the role - essential
- Good communicator - essential
- Housing Sector (Housing Association, ALMO etc) experience - desirable
