Construction Site Manager (DV Cleared / SC Cleared Minimum)

We are seeking an experienced Construction Site Manager to oversee the delivery of a refurbishment and infrastructure project on a secure site in Luton. The role requires a strong background in CDM compliance, civil engineering, electrical works, architectural packages, and building refurbishment projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Day-to-day site management of refurbishment and construction activities.
- Ensure compliance with CDM Regulations and site HSE requirements.
- Coordinate civils, electrical, architectural and general building trades.
- Manage subcontractors, programme delivery, quality and client interface.
- Conduct site inspections, toolbox talks and progress reporting.
- Ensure works are delivered safely, on time and within budget.
Requirements
- Current DV Clearance preferred; SC Clearance minimum requirement.
- Proven experience as a Site Manager on refurbishment and construction projects.
- Strong understanding of CDM Regulations.
- Experience managing civils and electrical packages.
- SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid qualifications.
- Excellent stakeholder and subcontractor management skills.
Desirable
- Experience working within secure government, defence or critical infrastructure environments.
- NEC contract awareness.
