About the Role
As a Recruitment Consultant at our growing Technology & Engineering consultancy, you'll be working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. You'll get warm, active markets from early on, so you can build confidence and start earning commission quickly. Full training is provided, so no recruitment experience is required - just the sales instinct you already have.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients
- Source talent using LinkedIn, job boards, and headhunting techniques
- Advise candidates on their career options and next moves
- Match candidates to exciting tech and engineering roles
- Manage the full recruitment process, from first contact through to offer
- Work towards achievable targets with ongoing coaching and support
