Aims of this job
- To support the Operations Manager with Site-level management of renewable energy installations
- To schedule work, supervise and monitor site teams responsible for the installation and commissioning of all types of on-site renewable energy systems
- To supervise the planning, installation and commission all types of on-site renewable energy (microgeneration) systems
Key duties
- Supervise a site team or teams (depending on scale) installing and managing the installation and integration of renewable energy systems on commercial properties.
- Materials and Logistics Planning
- Labour Planning
- Project Control
- Contract Management
- Budgetary Control
- Ensure all personnel, tools, access equipment, safety equipment, products and materials required to complete the installation are available on site and on time.
- Ensure that all work is completed to company quality standards and within the scope
- Ensure all work is undertaken within the current health and safety regulations.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through constant attention to detail and monitoring of site practice.
- Ensure all teams understand and use on site documentation
- To provide accurate and timely reports and paperwork.
